Problem Definition :

I have built a privacy solution to accommodate and address the issues and additional needs that users face while using the system.

Problem Result :

To maintain the system, I focused on two things. 

First, a monthly system inspection was conducted, and each functional test was conducted and recorded as a report. 

Second, in order to accommodate the user's additional requirements as much as possible, the existing architecture was analyzed and the solution version was updated twice.

Impact :

Through the solution version upgrade, the satisfaction of existing users has increased, and this has led them to trust and use the company's other solution services. In addition, the number of new users increased, which resulted in increasing the company's profits.

Key Learning : 

I just did the basics of maintaining the existing service and respecting the opinions of users as a project manager, and when the results had a direct impact on the company, I learned to take responsibility for my work. 

I have developed a belief that if all members of the company do their work diligently, the work will come together and become valuable work. So I also learned the importance of teamwork.
